A heart pounding read“There are so many things going on in these pages!
As a huge fan of this series, I was thrilled to get my hands on this one. Mac has been an easy character to love, and the Elite team has benefited from his strengths. Without doing spoilers, his world is upended and the new mission he starts will be more dangerous than anticipated.
This author consistently delivers engaging and gripping stories that are full of dangerous situations and heartbreaking circumstances. Every story in this series is absolutely addictive and impossible to stop reading. Her exceptional skills and style of writing is an absolute joy to read. The descriptions are crafted well and it is easy to become invested, and inserted into the story. The relationships between these characters and the chemistry between the couple (Mac and Danika) are easy to connect with and enjoy.
With every one of these reads, I always find one line that hangs with me, after the pages have stopped turning... and this time, it's this one:
"I just met full-on happiness."

FIVE STAR NOVEL“Mackenzie Cienfuegos... human extraordinaire, former Delta Force operative, goes after his newly "discovered daughter's" mother, Danika, who touched his heart many years ago, although getting him to admit that would take the work of an torturer. Danika is in Prague working as an undercover operative. Her mission in life is to save humans everywhere from an evil maniac tyrant. While saving other lives from this tyrant is crucial, it is her daughter's life and freedom she fights for the most. A smart novel that moves swiftly; showing great courage, turbulence and overcoming the greatest of obstacles....love.

Brilliance pure brillance“This review will not tell you the story - I couldn't do it justice. I'm a massive Anna del Mar fan, I'm a massive Alpha Heroes fan and I think I've found my Alpha Hero in Mac.
What more do you need in a story but great characters, that are realistic and well developed with a support cast of my favourites from the series. I always fall in love with the characters in Anna's stories and root for them the whole way but these 3 are my new favourites.
The content is up to date and the level of detail in this book is top level. Bringing home what is happening in the world. Extremely well written with relevance to the story and life.
This series keeps getting better and better, bring on Trev's story. Druid I'm ready and waiting for you!
